Huike: Breakthrough 94% BT.2020 color gamut is close to the current technology ceiling
It is reported that in the field of displays, the most widely used color gamut standard is BT.2020. The standard was formulated by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) for ultra-high definition displays, covering about 75% of the visible spectrum of the human eye. It is currently the industry standard with the widest color gamut, with a color gamut range far exceeding the common DCI-P3 (approximately 50% BT.2020) and sRGB (approximately 35% BT.2020). According to reports, HKC Huike has increased the "purity" of red and green light by 40% by developing a high-purity color filter film, making the red more fuller and the greener brighter, and expanding the color gamut range of the product to 94% of the BT.2020 standard. In addition, this technology also realizes parameters such as 350nit brightness and 1500:1 high contrast, making the product screen clearer in sunlight and more delicate in dark light; through low blue light C2 certification, the harmful blue light peak is moved from 450nm to 460nm, reducing stimulation to the retina, making it less fatigued for a long time, allowing both eye protection and image quality. As a future trend, HKC Huike BT. 2020 has reached a level of 94%, which means it is close to the current technology ceiling and will bring customers a more extreme color experience. As a part of the display ecosystem, HKC Huike laptop screens have been widely used in product lines of major brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, etc.
