1. Technical support: Familiar with the pre-sale product promotion of TV LCD screens, able to provide selection suggestions based on customer needs; efficient technical consultation during sales; quick response to fault feedback after-sales, and have the ability to solve various technical problems remotely or on-site.
2. Abnormal analysis: Proficient in the analysis methods of in- and peripheral abnormalities of TV LCD screens, accurately judge the causes of bad points, light leakage, color cast, and screens; proficient in the analysis of PCB side board abnormalities, and use professional tools to troubleshoot circuit and component failures.
3. Debugging and matching: Proficient in TCON and OC matching debugging, set TCON parameters according to OC characteristics, optimize display effects, and solve image abnormalities caused by matching problems.
